Process: Light Assembly

AndFab offers light assembly work to complement our material and fabrication services. From installing gaskets, to providing field kits and instructions, we make sure the job is done from beginning to end.

  Elastomer EMI Shielding Gasket

  Customer needed elastomer EMI shielding gasket to replace current gaskets in a number of microwave housings. AndFab supplied the gasket in a kit with cleaning agents, brushes, and instructions on installation and cleaning.

• 

  Elastomer EMI & Weather Gasket

  Durable CHO-FORM® 4.0 was needed to shield inner chambers from electromagnetic interface. Then an elastomer EMI and weather gasket was cut to length and installed on the outside of the package to complete the assembly.
