Thermals: CHO-THERM® – T500

CHO-THERM® T500 material is a highly thermally conductive interface insulator designed for use where the lowest thermal impedance is required.

Applications

The high dielectric strength and exceptional durability provided by the polymide carrier make CHO-THERM® T500 material an excellent choice for electrically isolating power semiconductors in industrial instrumentation, motion control, AC/DC converters and other power conversion equipment. As a thermally loaded film system, CHO-THERM® T500 insulators provide a low thermal impedance connection between the power components and its heat sink or chassis.

Ordering Information

CHO-THERM® T500 thermal interace material is available in standard 100ft. rolls of various widths from .50 inch to 2.00 inch. For custom sizes, or specialty die-cut shapes, contact a K.R.
